60 Million Congress – The Global Polish Diaspora Summit

Edi Pyrek, a key representative of the Global Artificial Intelligence Alliance (GAIA), took part in the recent 60 Million Congress – an international forum bringing together over 60 million Poles and people of Polish descent from around the world. The name of the Congress reflects this global population, uniting influential figures from business, politics, culture, and civil society who share Polish roots and a commitment to international cooperation.

Edi Pyrek contributed to the panel discussion titled “Artificial Intelligence and Human Psychology: How AI Shapes Business, Society, and the Future of Innovation.” His contribution highlighted how emerging AI technologies intersect with human behavior, cognition, and the cultural narratives that shape our societies. Drawing on GAIA’s mission of human-centered, ethical, and sustainable AI, Pyrek underscored the urgent need for innovation that serves both people and the planet.

The 60 Million Congress proved to be more than just a prestigious gathering. It marked a strategic moment in GAIA’s broader mission to develop the AI Impact Ecosystem – a global, transdisciplinary network dedicated to promoting responsible AI development through collaboration, education, and advocacy.

For GAIA, participation in the Congress is a natural continuation of its growing global engagement – from the AI for Good Summit in Geneva to the Global AGI Conference in Panama, and most recently the Coalition for Sustainable AI in Paris. It also reaffirms the importance of connecting Polish innovation with the global movement for trustworthy AI.

As Pyrek emphasized during the panel, the intersection of AI and human psychology is one of the defining spaces of our time – where markets, ethics, and imagination converge. It is precisely in that space that GAIA is committed to acting as a catalyst for change.

By contributing to the 60 Million Congress, GAIA takes yet another step in translating its values into action – ensuring that AI doesn’t just happen to society, but is shaped with society, in service of a just and sustainable future.
