We are proud to announce that the GAIA Foundation actively participated in the Polish Economic Congress—one of the most important business events in the country, which, after nearly a decade, has returned as a strategic platform for shaping the future of the Polish economy and its position in Europe.

During the Congress, the GAIA Foundation—represented by President Damian Ciachorowski—signed a Letter of Intent with Pracodawcy RP (represented by General Director Maciej Klóska) and the Stowarzyszenie Inicjatywa Firm Rodzinnych (represented by Vice President Rafał Kunaszyk).

A Joint Mission: Building an Expert Ecosystem

The signed Letter of Intent outlines a strategic partnership to build an ecosystem of experts supporting the scaling of Polish scale-ups, particularly those aiming for expansion into the U.S. market—including Silicon Valley.

This is the second Letter of Intent signed under this initiative. The first was signed in Kraków during the GAIA Impact Summit. You can find more information about it here: AI Impact Ecosystem Officially Launched

Congress Theme: “Horizons”

The main theme of the Congress—“Horizons”—perfectly aligns with GAIA Foundation’s mission of long-term innovation, sustainability, and global impact. The event brought together leaders from business, politics, and academia to explore the key challenges and opportunities facing Poland and Europe.

The agenda featured thematic sessions focused on topics such as defense industry development, energy transformation, healthcare efficiency, the future of the insurance sector, and—of particular relevance to GAIA—the role of artificial intelligence and innovation in business.

Creating the Future, Together

The GAIA Foundation continues to fulfill its mission of bridging technology, business, and social values. This partnership with Employers of Poland and the Family Business Initiative Association marks another step toward enabling real opportunities for the international growth of Polish companies.

Together, we are shaping a future not only for innovative entrepreneurs but for the broader technological ecosystem in Poland and beyond.
