Matt (Mateusz) is an experienced project manager and interdisciplinary leader with a background in international relations and over 15 years of engagement in the civic and public sectors. Former President of the Polish Council of Youth Organizations, he has advised governments, co-shaped national youth policies, and collaborated with institutions like the Council of Europe and European Youth Forum. Since 2022, he has also worked in the tech sector, managing complex software implementation and digital transformation projects. At GAIA, he combines his civic & public policy expertise with technological insight to build responsible, human-centered AI solutions.
