AI Impact Ecosystem Officially Launched

A Strategic Alliance and a Bridge to Silicon Valley

During a special session on the main stage, a joint declaration was signed by the founding partners of AI Impact Ecosystem, marking the beginning of a new cross-border innovation alliance. The initiative establishes a “bridge” between Poland’s rising tech talent and the global innovation economy — enabling startup founders to scale internationally with the right tools, mentorship, and investment.

The Letter of Intent was signed by:

  • Edi Pyrek – co-initiator and representative of GAIA Foundation
  • Prof. Piotr Moncarz – renowned engineer and innovation advisor
  • Kamil Szymański – President of the 60 Million Congress
  • Michał Dybowski – President of Healthcare Poland
  • Artur Błasik – investor and President of TV Biznesowa
  • Marcin Wenus – President of Invest Cuffs
  • Paweł Tomala – appointed CEO of AI Impact Ecosystem

What is AI Impact?

AI Impact is the first intelligent global scaling ecosystem in Poland and Central Europe, designed to help AI and impact-driven startups expand with purpose and precision.

It brings together:

  • Export-readiness diagnostics powered by AI

  • Tailored business model optimization

  • Global mentoring and partnership networks

  • Smart capital access

  • Regulatory, legal, and communications support

  • Activation of the Polish diaspora as a strategic resource

Our Mission: Scale with Meaning

The goal of AI Impact goes beyond internationalization — it aims to reshape how we think about growth, innovation, and responsibility. We are not just looking to send Polish startups abroad. We are building the conditions for the emergence of global AI unicorns with impact at their core. We also welcome foreign investors and founders looking to enter the Polish and CEE markets with strategic support and a long-term mindset.

What’s Next?

With the official launch complete, AI Impact is entering its implementation phase: scouting Polish startups, onboarding partners and mentors, and preparing the launch of a Polish Diaspora Investment Fund focused on responsible, cross-border growth. More announcements, events, and recruitment rounds will follow soon — both in Poland and abroad.
