MARKETING MANAGER GOOGLE Cezary works at Google as Marketing Manager, where he is responsible for leading the global Grow with Google initiative in Poland. In the last 5 years he has created and managed development programmes: ‘Innovation Designers’, ‘Grow a Career with Google Cloud’ or ‘Skills for Tomorrow’, which have helped more than 30,000 people develop their careers, businesses and find new jobs by gaining new digital competencies in the areas of digital marketing, cloud computing and creative problem solving. In his spare time, Cezary runs Design Thinking & Ideation workshops helping NGOs, companies and students generate ideas for new initiatives, improve existing products and programmes.
