Graduate of the University of Gdańsk in Sociology, Postgraduate Studies at Collegium Civitas and ISP PAN, Evaluation Academy of the Centre for European Regional and Local Studies. Fund, Project and Programme Manager, she has worked with dozens of programmes both national (including in the field of AI) and European (pre-accession e.g. Phare, Norwegian Financial Mechanism, financed directly from the European Commission e.g. European Refugee Fund, structural funds: SPORZL, POKL, POWER, POIR). She has experience in both the private sector and public administration. She has experience in both writing grant applications, implementing projects, clearing projects, writing and negotiating operational, financial programmes with the EC. She has managed project/programme budgets ranging from a hundred thousand to several hundred million PLN per year (with a total allocation of over PLN 2 billion). Analyst taking care of the process and effective implementation of the project.
