Creator of the Business 4.0 model, expert in 4.0 management and business development and implementation of digital applications and products. A practitioner, he has been professionally active since the age of 19, when he founded his first IT company SkyProject. Lukasz is a proponent of opening the company to new technologies and using them as competitive advantages. His main area of professional activity is the creation and implementation of modern processes in the company. In his projects, he takes a holistic view of the company and all its departments, thanks to which he identifies strategic directions of development. Expert and mentor for start-ups, of the entities introduced, the most innovative are FLOAT and STKT. In the area of professional topics is also the creation of original projects for the development of enterprises with an implementation and further management plan and the development of the business model 4.0 The introduction of modern management solutions and the modernisation of company structures is the main area of professional interest. This area was also the subject of a doctoral dissertation defended at the Warsaw School of Economics.
