Founder and CEO of Vector Synergy which has been providing IT consulting and cyber security services to institutions in the defence & space sector since 2010. The company's clients include some of the largest public institutions in Europe - NATO bodies and EU agencies. Peter is also the owner and co-founder of CDeX (Cyber Defence eXcercise Platform), a developer of a fully scalable and automated cyber training ground that simulates real hacker attacks to develop and manage cyber security competencies. CDeX serves the cyber armies of various North Atlantic Treaty Organisation countries, as well as the universities that use it to train students. Born in Choszczno in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, he holds a master's degree in computer science from Poznan University of Technology. An avid sailor, in 2015 he initiated the HRM Racing Foundation carrying out social and sports activities focusing on the development of the young generation of competitive sailors. The main goal of the Foundation and Piotr's dream is to create a crew that will compete in the colours of Poland for the first time ever for the Youth America's Cup. Piotr's professional activities to date and his commitment to staying safe on a global scale have been recognised by the Polish Business Roundtable by awarding him the top prize in the Vision and Innovation category in May 2023.
