Uniejów, 10 June 2025 — GAIA Foundation (Global AI Alliance) had a strong presence at the 10th Intelligent Development Forum (FIR) held on 9–10 June 2025 at Aparthotel Termy Uniejów. During the Gala, the Foundation received a distinction for pioneering work that connects AI development with ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability.
GAIA highlights at FIR
- Gala & power speech: Edi Pyrek hosted the FIR Gala and delivered an energizing power speech underscoring the need to build public trust through responsible AI deployment.
- AI hubs & internationalization: Damian Ciachorowski spoke in the panel “AI Innovation Hubs: How to Effectively Internationalize Innovative Products and Services”, sharing practical pathways for scaling Polish solutions across the EU and beyond.
- Technology transfer leadership: At the invitation of the Częstochowa University of Technology, Ciachorowski moderated a panel on technology transfer, focusing on cross-sector partnerships and clear compliance pathways from lab to market.
- FIR Award for GAIA: Accepting the award on GAIA’s behalf, Ciachorowski noted the jury’s citation: “The Foundation pioneers linking the development of artificial intelligence with ethics, social responsibility and sustainable development. It builds international partnerships, supports Polish innovation and shapes global standards for implementing transparent, trustworthy AI.”

About the Forum
10th Intelligent Development Forum 2025 (FIR) — Uniejów brought together 500+ participants and 200 speakersacross dozens of debates and panels, showcasing hundreds of projects moving from concept to real-world impact. The guiding question was how to implement innovations that change reality, not just look good on slides. A strong women’s leadership voice resonated through power speeches, panels, and debates.
Key themes included: AI in education, healthcare, and the economy; biotechnology (biomaterials, enzybiotics, radioisotopes); Industry 5.0 (human–technology synergy); energy transition (RES, hydrogen, efficiency); and ESG, soon to be an obligation for thousands of Polish firms.
