At the heart of AI Impact is Compassion AI – a vision for artificial intelligence rooted in empathy, responsibility, and moral clarity. We believe the next generation of AI must be trained not only on data, but on the shared values of humanity.
We’ve hosted two editions of Virtual Florence, a series of high-level workshops that brought together academics, scientists, NGO leaders, and technologists to reflect on how we can shape AI systems that feel, understand, and care.

Through collaborations with Telewizja Biznesowa and our own GAIA media channels, we produce podcasts, interviews, and video explainers that break down complex AI trends and their social, economic, and ethical implications. We have hosted two flagship editions of the AI Impact Conference – in 2023 and 2024 – bringing together thought leaders, futurists, entrepreneurs, and ethicists to explore the crossroads of human destiny, technological acceleration, and business transformation.
The 2024 edition gathered over 40 speakers and hundreds of participants across sectors, discussing not just what AI can do – but what it should do.
